Balancing a healthy social wardrobe with appropriate work-wear can be a challenge when you only have one closet and one source of income.  Must professionalism and stylish evening or weekend wear be mutually exclusive?  Fortunately for my lifestyle, MANGO says “no.”  My love affair with MANGO began in downtown Skopje, where I was immediately drawn to the timeless conservativism of  its classic cuts and quality fabrics, coupled with the courage of its prints and textures.  My hunt for the multitasking ensemble came to an end at MANGO’s dress rack.  I love the muted blue, modest tailoring and buttery softness of this ethnic print dress, found here.

To wear it to the office, throw on some tights and pair it with sensible Enzo Angiolini cuffed booties.  (For offices with finger-numbing air conditioning, consider adding a well-tailored blazer.)  To head out after work, slip on these Charles David wedges and switch out your work bag for a snappy clutch.  And thus, a simple wardrobe adjustment can make the right dress perfectly versatile.  Working Girl, meet Miss On the Town.
